Two NCC Cadets from J.C. Bose University Selected for Republic Day Camp–2026

J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, proudly announces the selection of two NCC cadets — Deepika (B.Sc. Mathematics, Army Wing) and Rachit Kardam (B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering, Naval Wing) — for the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC)–2026 in New Delhi.

They will represent the Haryana & Delhi Directorate at RDC–2026, participating in national parades, Prime Minister’s Rally, cultural events, and interactions with dignitaries.

Prof. Rajive Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, congratulated the cadets and said that this remarkable achievement reflects the dedication and excellence of our cadets and NCC units. Deepika and Rachit have made the entire University proud. He wished them immense success as they represent University on the national stage.

Dr. Mahesh Chand, Associate NCC Officer, Army Wing, stated that Cadet Deepika has demonstrated exceptional discipline, leadership, drill proficiency, physical endurance, and overall personality throughout the rigorous selection process, including ATC, CATC, TSC, Inter-Group competitions, and Pre-RDC. Her achievement is a testament to her hard work and the training standards of our Army Wing.

Dr. Krishan Kumar, Associate NCC Officer, Naval Wing, stated that Cadet Rachit Kardam has excelled in seamanship, watermanship, naval discipline, and camp performance across competitive stages such as ATC, CATC, Naval Wing camps (NIC/ANC/NSC), Inter-Group competitions, and Pre-RDC. 

Dr. O. P. Mishra, Incharge, Centre for NCC, stated that the selection of Deepika and Rachit Kardam to RDC–2026 is a moment of great pride for our university.
